Cancellation Policy
SCHOOL HOLIDAY WORKSHOPS

SEVERE WEATHER CANCELLATION
The weather can change unexpectedly in the Snowy Mountains. Although majority of our program is outside, we do have access to a small covered area if needed. We will be keeping an eye on the weather leading up to our School Holiday Workshops. We will cancel our School Holiday Workshops in the event of extreme weather. We will notify you, via email, 48 hours prior to a booked session. We will reschedule with you to come adventure with us on another day that suits. If we cannot find a suitable date to reschedule we will provide a refund.

Extreme Weather Policy
Sessions will be moved or cancelled if conditions are deemed dangerous including:
-
high winds (over 30km p/hr)
-
thunder storms
-
lightning
-
hail
-
bushfires
-
extreme cold
-
extreme heat
If a session is cut short or cancelled half way through due to a severe weather event or unsafe conditions, we are unfortunately unable to refund the days fees.

WET WEATHER
We are an 'all weather' program meaning that all of our programs go ahead in wet weather as long as it is safe. For this program we can access a small cover area. We may use shelter nearby or put up temporary rain shelters but participants will very likely still get wet (usually by choice). Please ensure all attendees are appropriately dressed and prepared.

PAYMENT
Fees vary from program to program but must be paid upfront via credit card, BPay or Direct Deposit. This gives Wild Little Raven time to organise resources, cancel/rearrange programs, staff, venue hire etc if we don’t meet minimum requirements for that particular program. Our School Holiday workshops require minimal numbers of 5 participants to run, therefore we will cancel the session 48 hours prior if minimal numbers have not been met. If an attendee registers but does not pay by this time, the attendee will be unable to participate in the program.

We understand that at times life happens and you may need to cancel. Please contact us within 24hours of the program start time to qualify for a credit. If you have to cancel due to illness please contact us at least 2 hours before the Once the program has commenced, cancellation will mean a forfeit of all fees paid.
